Kapital Bank shareholders meeting to be held

A regular general meeting of the Kapital Bank’s shareholders will be held on April 1, 2021 at 11:00 in the bank’s administrative building in Badamdar settlement (2E M. Mushfig St., 3rd floor, meeting hall). The following issues will be discussed during the meeting:

·       Approval of the annual financial statements of Kapital Bank OJSC for the year 2020

·       Decision on payment of dividends to shareholders by Kapital Bank OJSC based on the results of the annual financial statements for 2020

·       Strategic vision, mission statement, including a draft strategic plan based on it, for 2021-2023

·       Re-election of Farid Mammadov, a member of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank OJSC, as a member of the Supervisory Board
