Kapital Bank offers a cash loan secured by real estate on favorable terms

Now customers can take out a loan secured by a private house, a summer residence, an apartment and non-residential premises (facility). The real estate that will be pledged as collateral must be located in Baku, Sumgayit or Absheron.

According to the terms, the loan amount can be from 20,000 to 70,000 manats. The loan is issued for a maximum of 7 years, and the rate starts at 20%. The loan amount can be up to 65% of the estimated value of the property to be secured.
