Kapital Bank shareholders meeting to be held

On April 01, 2020 at 11:00 in place in the Bank’s administrative building in Badamdar settlement (2E M. Mushfig St., 3rd floor, meeting hall), a regular meeting of the Bank’s shareholders will be held. The following issues will be discussed during the meeting:

• Approval of the annual financial statements of OJSC Kapital Bank for the year 2019
• Decision on payment of dividends to shareholders by Kapital Bank based on the results of the annual financial statements for 2019
