Kapital Bank opens the new branch in Lokbatan

Kapital Bank regularly implements new business development projects for supporting small and medium-sized businesses. As part of the project carried out in this direction, the new branch of the Bank opened its doors to the customers. Many banking operations will be available particularly for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and also for all individuals in the Lokbatan branch located in the Bina Shopping Centre.

Lokbatan branch of the Bank offers cash transactions, payroll projects, deposits, business cards, currency exchange, installation of smart cash registers integrated with POS and a number of other banking services for entrepreneurs to facilitate financial accessibility.

Farid Hidayatzade, Chief Corporate Sales Officer at Kapital Bank said: “Recently, Kapital Bank pays special attention to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. In this regard, the Bank has already launched a large-scale project. The project considers development and implementation of new products and services to customers, improvement of service levels, increase in the number of channels and sales points, digital transformation and other initiatives. The opening of the Lokbatan branch was realized within the implementation of this project with the aim of increasing sales points. The opening of the new branch will facilitate the work of entrepreneurs. They will no longer have to spend time and go to the city center for carrying out banking transactions.”

It is worth to mention that Kapital Bank has been carrying out certain works within the framework of the branch network transformation project since 2015. During this period, many branches and departments of the Bank were renovated and put into operation to fully meet modern requirements. Lokbatan branch is the 7th special service department and the 5th special sales department of Kapital Bank for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and corporate clients. This year, 5 branches in the territory of Baku and the regions underwent major repairs and relocation to a new address, 3 new structural units (departments and branches) were launched. At the same time, it is planned to carry out thorough repair work in several city and regional branches, as well as the opening of new branches and offices as a part of the transformation project during this year.
