“Kapital Bank Room” is created in ASOIU

Kapital Bank, within the framework of cooperation with the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, presented to students the classroom titled “Kapital Bank Room”. Professors and teachers of the university, as well as specialists of Kapital Bank will conduct lectures and trainings for students of the Faculty of Economics and Management in the classroom renovated by the bank and equipped by ASOIU.

The Rector to the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, Professor Mustafa Babanli, Board Member, Chief Financial Officer at Kapital Bank Emin Mammadov, Director of the Human Resources Management Department Fargana Mammadova, Leader of the Daily Banking Tribe Zakir Khanmammadov and other guests attended the opening ceremony of the new classroom.

Fargana Mammadova, Director of the Human Resources Management Department, said: “As one of the most active employers in the country's financial sector, we attach great importance to the discovering of talents and development of youth. We organize various internship programs, volunteer work, and individual development projects for young people. We involve students attending “Career Days” held at universities to our internship programs, and hire those who show good results. I am sure that our cooperation with ASUNP will be successful for both the bank and the university.”

Fazil Mehdiyev, a former student of ASUNP and participant of the “BirCode” internship program, also attended the presentation of the new classroom. He currently works at Kapital Bank as a backend developer in the Enterprise Solutions Tribe. Fazil told the participants of the event about his experience and shared his advises.
