Kapital Bank delivered a joint project with Women Bankers Club
On May 21, 2023, Women Bankers Club (WBC), the first and only women's bankers' club in Azerbaijan, together with Kapital Bank, held an event called “Yetər ki, varsan!” (“You are enough!”). The event was attended by members of the Women Bankers Club, women working in senior positions in the country's financial sector, members of the expert group of the Azerbaijan Banks Association and other guests.
During the event, psychologist Gulnara Akbarova spoke on “You are enough!”, Ulviya Cabbarova, chairman of the board of PASHA Insurance, gave talk about “My philosophy of success”, personal transformation consultant Mehmet Bayramoglu touched on the topic “Who am I?”, transformation expert, Gestalt coach Sevda Aliyeva discoursed about “Ikigai 2.0 or transformation algorithm”.
The WBC is a networking platform aimed at bringing together women working in the financial sector. The club has more than a thousand members. It has been constantly conducting various trainings, master classes and educational projects since its inception.
