For the first time in Azerbaijan, the COP29 Human Capital Forum was organized under the theme”Green Human Resources for a Sustainable Future” by the Azerbaijan HR Institute. The event aimed to promote the sustainable development of human capital, enhance employee engagement, and share innovative HR solutions to combat climate change through dialogues, discussions, and knowledge exchange.
During the event, companies that showcased successful experiences in these areas were awarded. Among the honorees was Kapital Bank, the country’s leading bank. Kapital Bank received two awards: “Best Employee Engagement Strategy” and “Best Green Human Resources Strategy,” which were presented to the bank's official representatives.
