Kapital Bank signs a Memorandum with one of the largest companies in the world
Kapital Bank has signed a Memorandum of cooperation with one of the world's leading companies in the field of information technology, IBM. In this regard, a solemn event was held on September 19, 2019. The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board, Chief Information Officer at Kapital Bank Nahid Zeynalov and head of IBM iX for Central and Eastern Europe Evgeny Sokolov.
Kapital Bank provides its clients with a variety of services based on various technological solutions. For the majority of future projects, Kapital Bank has chosen IBM as its partner. As part of the Memorandum with IBM, trainings will be held for the Bank's employees working in the IT field. In addition, various workshops will be organized both in our country and abroad, where foreign experts will share their knowledge and experience.
Deputy Chairman of the Board, Chief Information Officer at Kapital Bank, Nahid Zeynalov stated: “In accordance with the strategic objectives of Kapital Bank for 2018-2021, the transition to digital banking is our main goal. The transition to digital banking is considered a very important step in the modern world. It is envisaged to transform banking operations and a number of business processes. At the initial stage of cooperation, an IT forum with the participation of international experts is planned to be held in Azerbaijan for the first time in October 2019. Foreign experts invited during the forum will share their experience.”
