Kapital Bank decreases the interest rate of a real estate secured loan

Kapital Bank regularly conducts various loan campaigns, offers products at preferential tariffs, as well as simplifies their conditions to meet the needs of customers in funds. Now customers can take out a loan of up to 70,000 manats secured by real estate, for instance, an apartment, private house, summer residence or non-residential premise (facility).

According to the terms, the real estate that is pledged as collateral must be located in Baku, Sumgayit or Absheron. The loan amount can be up to 65% of the estimated value of the property to be secured. The loan is issued for a maximum of 7 years, starting from the minimum amount of 20 000 manats. The annual interest rate has decreased and now starts at 18%.
