Kapital Bank launches a new internship program
Kapital Bank, one of the most active employers in the Azerbaijan’s financial sector, attaches great significance to the discovering of talents and development of youth. The bank regularly organizes various internship programs, volunteer work and individual development projects for young people.
The bank launched another internship program titled “Bizdən Biri” (“One of us”). The project started in May and 30 young people were selected for participation. An individual development plan has been developed for each of the participants. The internship will take place in various units of Kapital Bank with the support of professional mentors.
At the presentation of the project, Emin Mammadov, the Board Member, Chief Financial Officer at Kapital Bank, Fargana Mammadova, Director of Human Resources Management Department and Farid Samedov, Leader of the Payments Tribe, made an introductory speech and wished the youth success. Ramin Rajabov, Head of the Technical Support Division of the IT Infrastructure Department, and Sahil Appaev, a participant in the BirCode internship program and now a backend developer of Kapital Bank’s Daily Banking Tribe, shared their experience and recommendations with the participants.
