Tree Planting Campaign with the support of Birbank users
From September 1, 2021, Birbank users could redeem 50,000 bonus Hearts for planting a tree. This opportunity was provided as part of the initiative to plant trees around the Nizami Mausoleum in Ganja. The project was carried out by the State Service for the Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the anniversary of the great poet and thinker.
In accordance with the Order of the President of Azerbaijan, 2021 has been declared the Year of Nizami Ganjavi in honor of the 880th anniversary of the poet's birth. The environmental campaign was held on October 1, 2021, it was attended by representatives of the State Service for the Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Executive Power of the city of Ganja and Kapital Bank. As part of the campaign, 880 trees were symbolically planted.
