Kapital Bank provides services to a significant portion of the country's population and representatives from various social strata, covering a wide range of banking services. Moreover, the Bank actively participates in financing significant governmental and infrastructure projects. The Bank's mission is to contribute to the social development of society, promote progress, ensure the prosperity of our country, and foster sustainable economic development. Such a broad spectrum of activities increases the level of responsibility towards clients and employees. As part of external corporate social responsibility, the Bank focuses on several key areas:

Educational Initiatives:

The charitable foundation "Red Hearts" began its activities in early 2020 as a small volunteer group formed by Kapital Bank employees. Over a fairly short period, the initiative group, initially consisting of 49 people, attracted the attention of friendly and responsive individuals, and the number of participants increased to 200 people. The charitable initiative of the "Red Hearts" team reached across the entire country, providing material and moral support to families and children of military personnel, soldiers who were wounded in combat, and martyrs who participated in the Patriotic War. During the period of quarantine measures imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as during festive and memorial days, the foundation's participants provided assistance and support to thousands of families.

As a result, on December 15, 2020, the initiative group was officially registered as the Charitable Foundation "Red Hearts". Currently, in addition to citizens of our country, compatriots living abroad also turn to the Fund, wishing to help those who are most in need of support and become active members of our society.

The main directions of the "Red Hearts" Foundation's activities are as follows:

Society
Conducting educational, training, and informational events;
Organizing social events for children from socially vulnerable groups;
Providing festive gifts to low-income families;
Implementing social campaigns for individuals from vulnerable population groups.

Animal Welfare
Providing food supplies for animals in shelters;
Rehabilitation and treatment of animals in shelters;
Conducting various campaigns to educate the public about safety rules when encountering stray animals;
Implementing measures to educate the public on animal rights protection issues.

Environmental Protection
Organizing events for environmental protection;
Ecological clean-up campaigns for rivers, forests, mountains, seas, lakes, as well as suburban areas;
Mass tree planting in various cities and regions of the country.
