Small and medium businesses are pivotal for ensuring the stability and advancement of the country's economy. To ensure the stability of this sector, it's crucial to have accessible banking services and financing opportunities with favorable terms. However, factors such as fostering a supportive environment for entrepreneurs, enhancing their knowledge and skills, providing tools that can add value to their businesses, and providing essential equipment for those entering entrepreneurial endeavors, all contribute significantly to encouraging their growth. As part of its corporate social responsibility efforts, Kapital Bank collaborates with KOBIA, the State Employment Agency, and other governmental institutions to implement various projects in the country.

In recognition of notable achievements, Kapital Bank was selected as a winner of the "Bank Supporting Small and Medium Business" nomination in December 2022. When considering the broader business landscape of our society, it becomes evident that men hold a predominant presence in this sphere. Statistical data reveals that merely 2% of the total number of entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan are women. However, we believe that Azerbaijani women possess remarkable entrepreneurial spirit, talent, and immense creative potential. Motivated by this belief, we launched the "Women of Azerbaijan" platform in 2021. This platform serves as a space where women can showcase their capabilities, exchange experiences with fellow women, and acquire new knowledge and skills. This ongoing project has proven to be highly successful, uniting numerous women entrepreneurs who have established businesses across diverse sectors. These women come together to share insights into starting a business, the secrets of success, and valuable advice based on their experiences.

In 2022, Kapital Bank took further steps to support these women entrepreneurs by organizing a series of training sessions focused on essential topics such as business strategy development, finance management, branding, and the expansion of sales channels. Worth noting that Kapital Bank's project has received numerous gold awards in corporate social responsibility, digital platforms, and other categories at prestigious events like the Istanbul Awards and Felis.
