You can activate 3DS security service:

• through ATM owned by Kapital Bank;
• By going to the Settings section within the Birbank application and selecting 3D Secure;
• When calling the 196 Call Centre, you can activate IVR-voice interactive response by selecting the appropriate buttons.

You can change the number:

• through ATM owned by Kapital Bank;
• By going to the Settings section within the Birbank application and selecting 3D Secure;
• When calling the 196 Call Centre, by selecting the appropriate buttons through IVR-voice interactive response.

• 3DS security service will be blocked if you incorrectly indicate the codes sent to you 3 times when payment is made

If the 3D Secure Service is blocked you can activate it:

• By going to the Settings section within the Birbank application and selecting 3D Secure;
• When calling the 196 Call Centre, by selecting the appropriate buttons through IVR-voice interactive response.

Note: Call Centre staff can also support you.

You can deactivate 3DS security service:

• By typing online chat through the Birbank application;
• You can deactivate it by contacting the 196 Call Centre.

Note: Difficulties may arise during payments when the 3DS Security Service is deactivated.
