• Taksit (Installments): In partner stores, the payment amount is split into monthly installments without interest;
• One-time payment: Direct payments can be made anywhere;
• Ninja offer: When paying at a non-partner store or website, you may receive a random installment offer. If you accept the offer, the payment amount will be split into monthly installments.

A “Taksit” transaction allows you to split the purchase amount into equal monthly payments with no interest when shopping at partner stores.

For example: If you spend 1200 AZN, you can divide it into 6 monthly payments of 200 AZN.
Payments should be made between the 1st and 10th of each month, starting the month after the purchase.

A “One-time payment” means paying for your purchase in full at a partner or non-partner store.
In this case, you are granted an interest-free grace period of up to 63 days.
 

Example:
If you make a purchase on 01.09.2023, you can pay it off interest-free by 31.10.2023.
The same rule applies to other dates (e.g., 08.09.2023) — the key condition is to complete the payment by the last day of the following month.
If the due date falls on a non-working day, you can make the payment on the next working day.

The “Ninja Offer” allows you to split a payment made at a non-partner store or website into monthly installments for a commission.
This offer is valid for both domestic and international purchases.

How to use it?

• After making a payment, the offer will be sent to you via SMS or available in the “Ninja” section of the Birbank app.
• You need to confirm the offer within 24 hours.
• To confirm via SMS, simply reply to the message sent to you by 2149.
   

Commission rates:

• 2 months – 4.5%

• 3 months – 6%
• 6 months – 10%
• 12 months – 17%

Minimum amounts for the offer:

• 40 – 199.99 AZN: 3 months
• 200 – 599.99 AZN: 6 months
• 600 AZN and above: 12 months

💡In the Birbank mobile app, you can choose to split the amount into 2, 3, 6, or 12 months according to your preference.

Note: After confirming the offer, the transaction will appear in the “Personal Cabinet” section of the Birbank app within 10 business days. If it doesn’t appear, you can contact the 196 Customer Service Center or use the Online Chat.
