Kapital Bank organizes an intellectual game for seniors

In connection with the International Day of Older Persons – October 1, Kapital Bank held a social project. The members of the center "Yaşa" ("Live") in the form of teams tested their knowledge in the intellectual game. The competition, which was held in the format of the famous game "What? Where? When?" was organized on September 21, 2019.

The competition was attended by 10 teams of 6 people each. In the intellectual game, which was held under the leadership of the founder of the intellectual club "Turan" Vugar Zeynalov, participants had to answer questions required a combination of skills such as logical thinking and erudition. In a tense struggle, the team "Uğur" took the first place, the team "Çinar" - the second, the team "Orxideya" - the third place.

The award ceremony was attended by Parviz Sadraddinov, head of Public Relations division at Kapital Bank. The teams that took the first three places were awarded cash prizes, and the winning team was awarded a specially prepared cup. Speaking at the event, the co-founder of the initiative group "Üçüncü Bahar" ("Third spring") Narmin Ganieva thanked the team members for their active participation and said that in the future the "Winter games" will be held in the same format.

It should be noted that the center for pensioners “Yaşa”, organized by the initiative group “Üçüncü Bahar” with the support of Kapital Bank, operates under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population. The center is located in the Department of Sabunchu district of the State Social Protection Fund (Bakikhanov settlement, 1 Y. Aliyev St.). Currently, more than 2000 people are active members of the center and about 70-80 people join each of the poject.
