Kapital Bank has opened Human Capital Academy

The Academy operates in the administrative building of Kapital Bank, located at Badamdar settlement.

On September 14, 2018, Kapital Bank held the opening ceremony of the Human Capital Academy. The Academy operates on the 3rd floor of the administrative building of Kapital Bank, located at Badamdar settlement, 12 Mikail Mushfig St.

The opening ceremony was attended By Chairman of the Board of the Bank Rovshan Allahverdiyev, Director of Human Resources Management Department Fargana Mammadova, Director of FireWorks HRM company Laura Hamidova, representative of the Academy of the Turkish Bank DenizBank Tankut Çığır and other persons. The Academy aims to become a leading organization for corporate training and development of the banking sector in Azerbaijan through quality, and meets all the training requirements.

Kapital Bank’s Human Capital Academy serves to increase the level of professionalism of employees, partners, customers and other stakeholders in the field of banking and management, and represents a local approach to international expertise. Human Capital Academy offers a training program consisting of three structures, as well as numerous trainings. The training is conducted mainly by experienced employees of the Bank, as well as persons and organizations that are partners of the Bank.

“The library created by the Academy offers hundreds of books in Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish languages on various topics and directions. At the same time, the Academy is a small business center. It applies the concept of “connect and join”, and creates all conditions for comfortable work outside the office, participation in various projects, research and preparation of presentations", — said the Director of the Department of Human Resources Management, Fargana Mammadova.

It should be noted that the building has 9 halls of various functional purposes, 1 utility room and 1 common area. The rooms are named after various mountains and peaks of Azerbaijan. In general, the building has an area that can accommodate 160 people for training and other activities.
