    University handles the card order.
  2. Receive Notification: You'll be informed when the card is ready
  3. Pick Up the Card: Collect it from the designated university office.
  4. Activate the Card: Follow the instructions to activate it online or via the bank's app.
  5. Get Your Scholarship: Your scholarship will be deposited onto the card once activated.

Activating your Card with the Birbank Application

"> If you are a BirBank user, your TələbəPlus card will automatically appear in the app. To activate your card, you need to set a PIN at a Kapital Bank ATM.

1 Select "Registration" from the Login page
2 Enter the PAN, PIN code of the card and phone number
3 Enter the OTP (Disposable password) sent to the previous mobile number
4 Set a password consisting of 8 characters
5 Set the access code to the program
6 Congratulations! Your registration is completed
