You can make transactions in 5 minutes via the Western Union system, which allows you to make secure money transfers. Kapital Bank charges a fee of 0.01 - 200.00 - 3$, and 200.01 and above - 1.5% for the use of the service. You can make transfers to foreign bank cards using the service where you can make transfers only in USD. The amount limit for one transaction is set at USD 7400.
