Kapital Bank improves Construction Mortgage conditions
Kapital Bank has improved the conditions of a mortgage loan issued to land owners for the construction of a house. The loan is now provided with an annual interest rate starting at 7% for up to AZN 250,000 and for a period of up to 20 years.
The land plot to be built-up must have a document confirming ownership, i.e. an extract (title deed). A private house building, apartment, country house or non-residential premise in the name of any person must be provided as security.
