Kapital Bank shareholders meeting to be held

An extraordinary general meeting of Kapital Bank’s shareholders will be held on May 4, 2023, at 11:00 in the Bank’s administrative building in Badamdar settlement (2E M. Mushfig St., 3rd floor, meeting hall). The following issues will be discussed during the meeting:

• Selection of the members of the Supervisory Board of "Kapital Bank" OJSC;
• Updating the charter of the Supervisory Board of "Kapital Bank" OJSC;
• Other items.
