Kapital Bank shareholders meeting to be held

An ordinary general meeting of Kapital Bank’s shareholders will be held on March 31, 2023, at 11:00 in the Bank’s administrative building in Badamdar settlement (2E M. Mushfig St., 3rd floor, meeting hall). The following issues will be discussed during the meeting:

·       Approval of the annual financial statements of “Kapital Bank” OJSC for the year 2022;

·       Decision on payment of dividends to shareholders by “Kapital Bank” OJSC based on the results of the annual financial statements for 2022;

·       Approval of the restated Charter of “Kapital Bank” OJSC;

·       Other items.
