Kapital Bank brings Garmin Pay to customers

Kapital Bank today announced the launch of Garmin Pay service for its customers. Active lifestyle enthusiasts can now make contactless payments with Garmin sports smartwatches. The new service is available to Visa cardholders of Kapital Bank.

To make a contactless payment, you need to open the Wallet app on the Garmin watch, enter the assigned passcode, and hold the smart device over the payment terminal. With just a few taps, you can make payments in supermarkets, pharmacies, taxis, restaurants, cafes and any other places where contactless payments are accepted.

Setting up the watch to start making payments is quite simple. Depending on the brand of smartphone you're using, you will need to download the Garmin Connect app from the App Store or Google Play. Then just go to the Garmin Pay section in the app and add a Visa card from Kapital Bank following the instructions.
