Kapital Bank unveils new concept Ajami branch
Kapital Bank has opened a new concept Ajami branch in Baku at 80E Huseynbal Aliyev Street, Nasimi district (close to Memar Ajami metro station). The branch will provide traditional face-to-face banking services in an unusual format that will enable customers to enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
A distinctive feature of the Ajami branch is that the service desks and seats in the office are creatively different, bright and up-to-date, which will allow customers to receive services more comfortably. The uniform of the staff is also off-pattern. The electronic queue management system will direct visitors not by table number, but by the color of the branch employee's outfit.
The Ajami branch offers customers clearing and settlement, deposits, different types of loans, payment cards, money transfers, currency exchange, utility payments, as well as other banking services.
It should be noted that Kapital Bank has been continuing the branch network transformation project in Baku and regions since 2015. Over the past years, more than 70 branches have been overhauled and moved to new offices, more than 40 new branches and departments have been put into operation. As a continuation of the transformation project, this year it is planned to carry out thorough repairs in several more capital and regional offices, as well as to open new branches and departments.
