To open an account remotely, the client must first provide personal and business information and upload an electronic version of the required documents to the portal. Then the client must sign the contract using “ASAN Imza” and pass a video interview with the Bank's employees. The process is completed by sending the agreement, details, username and password for accessing the “Client Bank” system to the customer's email address. In the near future, individuals will also be able to open an account and become a client online.
