BirBank users who refund VAT can earn extra money from Visa!
As previously reported, the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the financial support of Kapital Bank, launched the edvgerial.kapitalbank.az portal for consumers. Using the portal, consumers can refund 15% of the VAT amount for cashless payments and 10% for cash payments made in retail outlets. These funds are transferred to the buyer's virtual wallet in the e-cabinet.
Within the framework of the project, another convenient feature was introduced for users of the BirBank mobile banking app. The special section “ƏDV geri al” (“VAT Refund”) was created in the “Bonuses” menu of BirBank. Users are now be able to manage their personal cabinets of the portal via BirBank. Funds placed on the virtual wallet can be transferred to payment cards of local banks, as well as used for cashless payments.
Moreover, BirBank users who refund VAT can earn extra money. Users will receive additional money by transferring the accumulated funds to a digital card created in BirBank. As part of the campaign, which is carried out jointly with Visa, everyone who transfers funds in the amount of AZN 10-20 to a digital card will receive extra AZN 2, and if transferring more than AZN 20 - extra AZN 5.
It should be noted that when participating in the campaign, you must take into account the maximum limit on the balance of “Digital” cards. For identified cards, it is 15 000 AZN per year, and for nonidentified cards – 100 AZN per month / 1000 AZN per year. The first 30 000 customers will be able to win during the campaign.
