Career Days were organized at the ADA University from February 27 to March 1 with the support of Kapital Bank. Director of Human Resources Department at Kapital Bank Ms. Fargana Mammadova also attended the opening ceremony.

At the fair under the motto “Bridge between talents and career”, students got acquainted with the leading labor market institutions in Azerbaijan and learned about the need for human capital in the public and private sectors. During the event, representatives of more than 100 companies and 12 government institutions from different areas made presentations to students and graduates, introduced labor market to the youth and gave advice on a successful career growth.

“Kapital Bank, which is currently the most active employer in the financial sector is very interested in the organization of career days in educational institutions of the country.
