SMS Banking
SMS Banking – is a set of services provided by Kapital Bank through mobile operators Azercell, Bakcell, Nar və Naxtel4G mobile, to bank customers – cardholders of all types of plastic cards of Kapital Bank.
What are the advantages of SMS Banking service?
• Receive SMS notifications to your mobile phone on every operation with your plastic card;
How to connect to SMS Banking service?
By ATMs of Kapital Bank:
• Insert your card into an ATM machine of Kapital Bank;
• Choose service language;
• Enter a PIN code of your card;
• From the menu of ATM machine choose operation «SMS Banking»;
• In the menu of «SMS Banking» choose button «Activate»;
• Type a mobile phone number for connection to SMS Banking service and choose button «Continue»;
• Choose the language of receiving SMS messages;
• Confirm your choice for activation of SMS Banking service;
• As a confirmation of connection to SMS Banking service, the check will be printed and an SMS message will be sent to your mobile phone.
By calling 196 Info Center:
• Call at any time convenient for you;
• Give the operator 16-digit number of your plastic card;
• Give your PIN code;
• Give a mobile phone number which you want to connect to SMS Banking service;
• As a confirmation of Your connection to SMS Banking service, an SMS message will be sent to your mobile phone.
By "Birbank" application:
• Go to the "Cards" menu;
• Select your card;
• Click "More" button;
• Select "Settings";
• Select “SMS Banking” service;
• Select "Add number" action;
• Enter your mobile phone number;
• Choose the language of SMS information;
• Finish with "Remember" button.
How to modify a language of SMS messages?
By ATMs of Kapital Bank:
• Insert your card into an ATM machine of Kapital Bank;
• Choose service language;
• Enter a PIN code of your card;
• From the menu of ATM machine choose operation «SMS Banking»;
• In the menu of «SMS Banking» choose button «Modify»;
• Confirm your choice for language modification of SMS messages;
• As a confirmation of language modification SMS messages, the check will be printed.
By "Birbank" application:
• Go to the "Cards" menu;
• Select your card;
• Click "More" button;
• Select "Settings";
• Select “SMS Banking” service;
• Select "Change" action;
• Enter your mobile phone number;
• Choose the language of SMS information;
• Click the "Remember" button.
How to unsubscribe from SMS Banking service?
By ATMs of Kapital Bank:
• Insert your card into an ATM machine of Kapital Bank;
• Choose service language;
• Enter a PIN code of your card;
• From the menu of ATM machine choose operation «SMS Banking»;
• In the menu of «SMS Banking» choose button «Reject»;
• Type a mobile phone number which you want to disconnect from SMS Banking service;
• Confirm to deactivate SMS Banking service;
• As a confirmation of disconnection of SMS Banking service, the check will be printed.
By "Birbank" application:
• Go to the "Cards" section from the main menu;
• Select your card;
• Click "More" button;
• Select "Settings";
• Select “SMS Banking” service;
• Select "Delete" action;
• Confirm to deactivate SMS Banking service.
